Zainub “Jenna” Bata is a highly qualified global mediator, who has worked professionally across North America, Asia and Europe. Jenna and I worked together at an NGO that mentored, trained and fostered entrepreneurship in youth in the UAE. As a successful entrepreneur herself, she is able to relate to young people and seasoned professionals as a motivational speaker and emcee. Jenna is a millennial role model, who is poised for great success in the future. I definitely recommend her and look forward to working with her again in the future!

I had the pleasure of meeting Zainub at the Next-generation Women forum, Dubai where she was the chairperson of the event. There’s just one word for her- Charismatic. She oozed confidence and handled the stage with panché. Her public speaking skill is par excellence and she successfully engaged the audience with her intellect and wit. Last but not least, nothing can beat her contagious smile!

I enjoyed workshop, it was very interactive and motivating. The content was great and very relevant to my profession. All of the interactive exercises were on a scale of good to excellent.

Today, your daughter Jenna made us very proud. Farida, your charming and pretty daughter spoke with so much confidence and the information and knowledge she imparted are invaluable to us. She spoke in English and answered several questions too. She had prepared slides which were very useful. I must say, I enjoyed the afternoon with Jena and she is ever so friendly and mixed with everyone and also gave one to one advise to every one. It is extremely nice to have youngsters come in and guide us.

”Public speaking tips – I learned a lot today, to stand on both feet, the tips of making myself feel big were really powerful, the mistakes we have “just to be aware” I’ll remember that. Best workshop of the season!!!! Once again thank you for your presentation – I didn’t attend it all but eveytime I walked in women were really engaged, which is always a sign the presentation is going well.
St Stephens Community House
Jenna is a fantastic and inspiration guide to lead these conversations.
Thank you for the session on Conflict Resolution, delivered by St. Stephen’s Community House. You were one of three facilitators/trainers. I appreciated your clear and accessible presentation style and your use of role-playing. Your lively and compelling performance in the role-playing scenarios demonstrated the teaching principles in a very memorable way. You also guided our small group in a discussion of how to negotiate sometimes complex disputes, and were effective in using your own experiences to help parse out interests and approaches. Thank you for your engaging instruction and useful insights!- Katryn

I was part of the 2010 Sirat camp in which Jenna was one of the councillors there. I was facing few problems that were going on even before the camp. When I first spoke to Jenna and discussed with her the issues I was facing. She first heard everything and then asked questions like why do you think you are facing the problem. That got me thinking as to why these issues were arising. She then gave me the most positive easiest solution any one has ever given me. I felt like she guided me on the right track to get rid of those issues. She is my guidance counsellor who has not only taught me how to stay motivated and positive but how to stay happy in life. She is one of the most amazing person I have ever met.
Daniyal Karamly – Youth Camp Participant
I participated with INJAZ UAE – Innovation camp day and it was beneficial and unique day. It was full of competitions and activates. Our supervisor was Ms.Zainab and I am so thankful to her since she supported us very well and she taught us new things that we did not know about business and start-up. Thanks to God then thanks to her, I and my team won the first place. I was the one who did the presentation for two minutes and Zainab advise me to do it very well and what should I say and what to not. The thing that I really like is that she let us to think, talk and share our ideas even if she knows more than us but she gave us the chance to talk then after that she helped us to improve our ideas and she guided us to the right path of thinking. Other thing that I like is that she focused on setting smart goals which I will never forget. Alhamdulillah, Thank you INJAZ UAE thank you Zainab for such a great opportunity.
